The attached Application Form must be completed and returned to certificates@rosshunt.com.au along with a copy of the remittance advice. EFT payment details are on the attached form.
Cost of Certificates:
Certificate issued within 6-10 business days $168.60 (inclusive of GST)
Certificate issued within 3-5 business days $252.90 (inclusive of GST)
Additional Certificates: Where more than one certificate is required as part of a sale of land:
Additional Certificate issued within 6-10 business days $92.70 (inclusive of GST)
Additional Certificate issued within 3-5 business days $133.71 (inclusive of GST)
Stratum / Company Share Titles
Certificates issued within 6-10 business days $400.00 (inclusive of GST)
Certificates issued within 3-5 business days $490.00 (inclusive of GST)
Note: If the lot has an accessory unit, please forward a copy of the title search for the accessory unit and this will be noted on the Owners Corporation Certificate. Additional payment for noting the accessory unit on the certificate is required.
It is advised that you contact Ross-Hunt Real Estate at least 2 working days prior to settlement to confirm the current fee status. This updated information is provided free of charge to the original requester, provided the enquiry is within 3 months of the original Owners Corporation Certificate date of issue – email certificates@rosshunt.com.au or tel: 9835 1120.
For settlement payments, the BPay details and Lot Reference Number are noted on page 1 of the Owners Corporation Certificate.
