Just wanted to drop a note to say thank you for the work you've done for the owners of our property Darren.

On Monday morning, I woke up at 8:30AM to find out there was no running water. After a bit of diagnosis and investigation as well as a phone call to Yarra Valley Water, I knocked one a few doors to find that me in Unit 4, Unit 5 and also the tap at the back in common property didn't have running water.

You gave me a call straight away without delay after I left a message and understood exactly what needed to be done. You were fantastic in making urgent calls and at approximately 12:30PM, the plumber came and as a first course of action, he had to provide running water which was completed ASAP.

As an owners corporation manager, I feel you've done what you can to firstly restore running water to the owners that do not have running water. You've helped to disseminate the information and advice from the plumber and worked hard to get consensus from the property owners ASAP so action can take place. You've always been proactive and very quick to action requests not just now but also in the past. Whenever I've sent you an email, you have always replied on the same day with an answer which is truly an asset to Ross Hunt and for us as owners. The hard work you have put in ensures we can get this issue fixed ASAP and I appreciate the work you have done so far.
