Model Rules For An Owners Corporation
A set of default rules for an owners corporation are included in the Owners Corporations Regulations 2018.
If your existing owners corporation has its own rules, it should use the same headings and be specific as whether the model rule applies.
If the owners corporation does not have a rule addressing a topic referenced in the model rules, the model rule will apply.
