During my time as a director of Washington Investments Pty Ltd at Como Court, 298 Williams Rd, I had the pleasure of working closely with Vahe Sarkiss from Ross Hunt Real Estate—and I can say without hesitation that he was absolutely invaluable to the wellbeing and future of the building.

From 2019 onwards, Vahe helped us steer through some incredibly challenging times—everything from critical electrical and plumbing upgrades to defusing legal threats from rogue directors. His calm, level-headed presence and deep understanding of Owners Corporation management made all the difference when things could have easily gone off the rails.

He was a steady hand through every AGM and two EGMs, always bringing clarity, patience, and professionalism to the table. Vahe has a rare ability to manage complex situations with grace, and his leadership has set the building up for long-term success.

Though I’ve since moved on from Como Court, I remain deeply grateful for Vahe’s work and commitment. He’s a true asset to Ross Hunt Real Estate—and to any Owners Corporation lucky enough to have him in their corner.
